Plan Your VisitScience Center is a Finnish science centre located in Vantaa, right next to Tikkurila train station. Since opening its doors in 1989, Science Center has welcomed over 9 million visitors. Our mission is to share the joy of discovery and promote scientific thinking through interactive doing and experimenting.
The Science Centre Foundation
Science Center is operated by the Finnish Science Centre Foundation (Science Centersäätiö sr), founded in 1982 by the University of Helsinki, Aalto University, the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the City of Vantaa.

Hands-on experimentation is at the heart of everything we do. Our exhibits encourage active participation, hypothesis testing, and collaborative discovery for people of all ages.
